The Government of the Republic of Zambia, through the office of the President, Central Province administration, Office of the Permanent Secretary, have awarded Billett Henning & Harvey (Zambia) Limited and its Strategic Turnkey Partners, ECA Consulting Engineers (Pty) Ltd, & Benjamin Projects, (under the Public Private Partnership Act of 2009) preferred Bidder status, for the development of an International airport, infrastructure and other facilities to boost tourism in the Itezhi Tezhi region.
